    Ada khabar menggatakan penghuni rumah yang berusia lebih satu ratus tahun bekas penggamal ilmu sihir atau ilmu hitam yang berbangsa ingris.. selepas peninggalan nya terdapat banyak kisah2 yang aneh berlaku di sekitaran rumah puaka itu.. Ada yang menggatakan ketika pembangunan sedang besat dijalankan di sekitar kawasan itu para pekerja2 contractor mengunakan jentolak untk merobohkan rumah itu tapi gagal hinggakan pihak kerajaan mengistiarkan rumah itu di jadikan tempat yang bersejarah.. sejauh mana kebenaran nya saya kurang pasti..??
