I have been to this hotes in 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004 and 2005.
During these times, I have experienced that the standard of service has decreased significantly.
The rooms in 2005 I have requested a double or queen size beds where I received two single beds. It was one problem after another where that I decide to go to another hotel in subsequent trips later.
Their breakfast menu was another concern as that it was absolutely terrible. Their Indian menu (obviously to cater as this is almost "Little India") was really nice. The scramble eggs were runny and I just couldn't eat it.
The carpets needed a good steam blean and they seem to be wearing thin.
Most of all were became rather fed up with this hotel and decided for our 2006 and 2007 visits to go to another hotel and we since never looked back.
What I really like is that the food centre next door is simply marvellous and we did return there in the last two trips.
